1 Contributions received from Stanford GSB MBA80 class members.
2 Contributions received from others, including Stanford GSB MBA87 class members.
3 Grant support provided for 8 projects in Grant Cycle 10 and core support provided for Stanford Design for Extreme Affordability Social E-lab projects.
4 Software and mailings to classmates, annual meeting, completion of Karpen Consulting, LLC strategic planning engagement and Stanford Magazine ad placements.
5 Fiscal sponsorship functions, including contribution receipt & acknowledgement, accounting, vetting of grant applications.
6 On-line donation processing through Click & Pledge.
7 All Cycle 10 grants were awarded during 2016.
8 Eleventh Grant Cycle is planned for Summer 2017.

Project Redwood is organized as a Collective Action Fund of Tides Foundation. Tides Foundation provides us with invaluable support in consulting; in final vetting of grant applications; and, under their umbrella 501c3 designation, in receiving tax deductible donations and operating as a grant-making organization.
