What We Do
BUILD

BUILD is a four-year, entrepreneurship-focused college preparation program that empowers youth from under-resourced communities to excel in education, lead their communities and succeed professionally. By helping students develop and run their own small businesses, BUILD supplements traditional school with real-world business experiences and critical skill-building for the future. Students learn to recognize the correlations between hard work and business success, between higher education and different life trajectories.

BUILD currently works with at-risk populations in East Palo Alto, Oakland and Washington, DC. They would welcome our participation as business team mentors or as judges for business plan competitions in any of their program locations.
